You may be charged custom duties and taxes for your online purchases.  This amount is NOT included in our prices or shipping costs and purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes charged by the country of destination.

Having viewed our site you are aware that the Merchandise we carry is High fashion as well as highly seasonal. For that reason many of our “competitors” do not refund money but offer store credit only.

 

We, however want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and recognize that sometimes things just don’t work out so in order to continue doing business on the web and by phone we have instituted the following policy.

 

Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address)for a full REFUND less shipping. Please choose a reliable shipping option to ensure that we receive your return within 7 days if you wish to receive a refund. We highly recommend shipping returns back via DHL, FedEx or UPS as they guarantee delivery dates and offer expedited shipping options. We discourage shipping returns back via USPS, which has been unreliable, as we cannot be responsible for carrier shipping errors.

 

You have up to 14 days from receipt for us to receive your return to receive store credit for merchandise that is not on sale. Store credit is valid for as long as we are in business. After 14 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return. Any merchandise that is sent to us will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Online purchases must be shipped back to the store in order to qualify for these terms. Returns brought into the store will qualify for the in-store return policy only.

 

Items purchased on sale at 30% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on sale at less than 30% off may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. These items must be mailed back to the store and received by us within 5 days of order receipt.

 

Unfortunately, due to our flexible position in the past we have been forced to institute a no exception stance on this.

 

Also, purchases made on the phone are considered "in store" purchases, boutique purchases and phone orders are eligible for store credit only.
